Amy trained at Central School of Ballet where as a student she performed with The Kirov and Atlanta Ballet. As a highly experienced freelance professional dancer Amy has over 15 years performance experience working in a variety of contexts with companies including: Ballet National de Marseille, English National Ballet, European Ballet, Cork City Ballet, Chrysalis Dance and Crux Dance Theatre, performing Principal, Soloist and Corps de Ballet roles. Movie and television credits include The Phantom of The Opera, Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire and Ballet Chancers; RTÉ production. Amy completed the Professional Dancer's Teaching Diploma (PDTD) course at the Royal Academy of Dance in London where she gained Registered Teacher Status (RTS). 

 

Having performed for both large and small companies and developed expertise in a wide variety of dance styles, repertoire and choreography, Amy is a highly motivated, versatile and disciplined individual who is passionate about dance and fitness. These combined experiences and passions have driven Amy - following the birth of her two daughters - to want to share both the physical and mental benefits of Ballet Fitness.
